Industrial Electric is a lifelong member of Electrical
Apparatus Service Association (EASA), a worldwide
organization devoted to maintaining the highest standards
of performance and ethics for the benefit of industry
as a whole. We're serious about quality. We understand
that for most of our customers the cost of a repair
can be insignificant when compared to the cost in lost
productivity, even when replacement parts are readily
available. For that reason we refuse to cut corners
in the materials or procedures that we utilize in our
rewinds and repairs, a philosophy that is uniform throughout
our company. A few dollars saved up front can be, and
often is, terribly expensive at the end.
We are available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week for our customers,
and they can always find us, whether we like it or not! |

Our motor shop and service
department is an integral part of Cook Industrial Electric’s
complete package, and has been ever since the company
was founded in 1963. We've always believed that we should
service what we sell, and what we sell is primarily
the installation of motors and controls.
Cook Industrial Electric is serious
about its customers. We try to offer them every electrical
product and service necessary to keep their plants running,
and we take a great deal of pride in our past record
and in our present abilities to do just that. With few
exceptions, if a device carries or uses electricity,
Cook Industrial Electric can sell it, install it, maintain
it, repair it, replace it, or upgrade it.
